Thank you for your interest in this CME Online course. Completing this course involves three activities:

  1. Presentation and Readings: Once they have registered and received their course username and password, a participant may visit this web site at any time to view the course lecture and reference materials. It's important to review these materials before proceeding to the case discussions (see step two.)
  2. Case Discussions: During the registration process, participants sign up for a series of 3 live online discussions with a small group of their peers. At the appointed time, all participants log onto the course site and view a slide presentation of a case while discussing the diagnosis and treatment options with a specialist in the field. The "discussion" takes place using keyboards and a "chat" type interface.
  3. Evaluation: After all 3 case discussions, participants provide feedback on what they learned in the course by submitting an online evaluation
